This modern studio apartment is situated in a newly built peaceful neighbourhood called Bezigrajski Dvor, about 20 min walk from the historical center. In the vicinity you can find shops, restaurants, fruit and vegetable market and also the main exhibition ground Gospodarsko razstavisce and wine store.
The studio has a bed (120 x 200 cm), a living corner with sofa, which falls down to a bed (120 x 200 cm), dinning table and a writing desk with telephone, CTV, WLAN internet; separate kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, cooking utensils and cutlery. A bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The studio has also a lodge, where the guests can relax in warm days. It is fully equipped with towels, linen, iron, ironing board, hair dryer. It is on the 5th floor with elevator access. The private parking space is in underground garage (12 €/day), public parking space is in front of the building.
