Das Apartment befindet sich im Hart Ljubljanas beim Ljubljanica Fluss, an Gallussovo nabrežje im viertem Stock älteren Gebäudes, das kein Lift hat. Es liefert den Gästen das einmalige Erlebnis vom Stadtleben.
Das Apartment war unlängst modern renoviert. Es hat ein kleineres Schlaffzimmer mit Ehebett (180 x 200 cm), das getrennt sein kann und Schreibtisch, Wohnzimmer mit Lehnstühlen und Couch, die sich in ein Bett machen kann, Essecke und kleinere funktionelle Küche, die mit Geschirr, Besteck, Toaster, Mixer, Kocher mit Ofen, Geschirrspülmaschine, großem Kühlschrank und Badezimmer mit Dusche, Toilette und Waschmaschine + Trockner Kombigerät. Im Apartment gibt es auch Klimaanlage, CTV, kostenlosen ADSL und WLAN Internetzugang, Telefon, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett, Haartrockner, Bettwäsche und Handtücher.
