The apartment is situated in a quiet location in the old part of the city centre on Precna ulica on an elevated ground floor of an old urban house merely a step away from Ljubljana open air market hall.
Apartment has three bedrooms and a living area with a kitchen. The first bedroom is furnished as a studio – the bed is a sofa, which falls down to a bed (140 x 200 cm), there is a functional kitchenette in the room and it is provided with CTV. This bedroom has its own bathroom with a toilet and a shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a bathroom with a shower, washbasin and a washing-drying machine. The third bedroom has a bed (140 x 200 cm), a working corner and its own shower and a washbasin. The toilet is separate and is accessible from the hall. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove with an oven, domestic appliances, dishes and tableware. A dining table divides the kitchen from the living area with a sofa which falls down to a bed (160 x 200 cm). The apartment is provided with CTV, free internet, an iron with an ironing board, hairdryer, bed linen and towels.
Smoking is forbidden in the apartment!
There is a private parking lot approx. 100 m away from the apartment (only for personal vehicles that do not exceed the usual size of 5m). Reservations must be made in advance. Daily price is 9 €.
