BEST OF LAKE BLED
Enjoy a full day in Bled, visiting all the top attractions and spend a relaxing afternoon at the lake.
A trip to Bled must be a part of any visit to Slovenia. On our tour to Lake Bled we treat you with a traditional pletna boat ride to Bled island, a top attraction in Slovenia. Pletna boats are unique to Lake Bled and operated by a single rower with two long oars. Following the boat ride, you get some time to explore the little island and enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding area.
Optionally, you can enter the Church of the Assumption and even ring the wishing bell, which has been ringing over Lake Bled since 1534.
Our tour to Lake Bled takes you up to Bled castle, perched on a sheer cliff high above Lake Bled. Visit the Bled castle museum, which gives you an insight into the history of the entire area, and admire the views of Lake Bled from several viewpoints at the castle. Bled castle is more than a thousand years old, and one of the most spectacular castles in Slovenia.
On the shore of Lake Bled it is possible to take a short walk along Lake Bled, admire the views, and watch the majestic swans and playful ducks swimming on the lake. Or you can relax and take a break in one of the coffee shops - where you need to try kremšnita, the traditional Bled custard cream cake.
Vintgar gorge is deeply carved into the limestone by the Radovna river, which you can follow on a 1.6 km path full of bridges and galleries that show you the truly remarkable landscape of the gorge. The river accompanies you in rapids and pools of amazing colour and finally leaves the gorge at Šum waterfall which is also the end of the trail. Vintgar gorge is accessible only in the summer season.

Our scheduled day trips have a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 8 passengers.
Admissions are included in the price of the scheduled guided tours. Admissions are not included in the prices of individual guided tours.
Minimum number of people attending a regular scheduled guided tour in English is 2, otherwise the tour can be canceled or postponed to another day.
Private daily tours are conducted in Slovene, English, Russian, German or French and scheduled daily tours are conducted ONLY in English.
Transfers to and from attractions include transport and English-speaking driver (without a guide and entrance fees).
Terms of payment: payment in full up until one day before the start of service.
Manner of payment: in cash, by bank transfer or by credit cards Eurocard, MasterCard, Visa, American Express.
Cancellation: if the tour is cancelled by applicants in less than 24 hours before the tour is due to take place the whole amount for the tour should be paid.
In some cases different prices and general terms and conditions may be agreed upon. Pursuant to the Slovenian Code of Obligations, TOUR AS reserves the right to cancel the programme in case of force majeure or to slightly modify it but not to the detriment of its content.

An individual proposition for Slovenia tours can be prepared upon agreement as well.
