The bright, spacious and air-conditioned apartment offers two bedrooms, a comfortable living room with an equipped kitchen and dining area, a large bathroom with a shower, a separate additional toilet and a terrace.

The first bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with hangers and an entrance to a spacious bathroom with a shower, 2 sinks with cabinets and a toilet. The bathroom also leads to a hallway, where there is a closet with a washer-dryer. The hallway leads to the living room, which offers a comfortable upholstered sofa, a TV and a modern kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes, cutlery and a dining table for 6 people. The second bedroom offers a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a smaller sofa with the possibility of an additional bed (120x190 cm), a built-in wardrobe and an exit to the terrace. Next to it is a room with an additional toilet.
